Welcome to the Custom Edge Designs website. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of any wholesale products from Custom Edge Designs ("we," "our," or "us"). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General & Business Status
B2B Focus: Our website and wholesale products are intended strictly for business customers (trade/commercial use) rather than individual consumer retail.
Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
2. Products & Specifications
3D Printing Characteristics: Our products (including magnets, keyrings, and display items) are manufactured using additive manufacturing (3D printing) using plant-based Polylactic Acid (PLA). Small visual variations, microscopic layer lines, or minor surface details are inherent features of the 3D printing process and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
Color Accuracy: We aim to display product colors and designs accurately on our website; however, actual colors may vary slightly depending on monitor displays, lighting, and raw material batch variations.
3. Minimum Orders & Pricing
MOQs: Wholesale purchases are subject to Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) as specified during quotation or on our order sheets.
Pricing: Any prices quoted are in GBP (£). We reserve the right to update prices prior to order confirmation. VAT will be clearly itemised on your trade invoice where applicable.
4. Orders, Payment & Lead Times
Order Acceptance: An order inquiry submitted via our contact form does not constitute a binding contract. A contract is formed only once we issue a formal order confirmation/invoice and receive payment (or agree on formal credit terms).
Payment Terms: Unless credit terms have been explicitly agreed upon in writing, all initial orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.
Lead Times: While we take pride in fast order turnaround times, estimated dispatch dates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed, as production schedules can fluctuate.
5. Delivery, Risk & Returns
Delivery: Orders will be shipped to the address provided during invoice setup. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Inspection & Shortages: You must inspect all goods upon receipt. Any damaged items, defects, or stock shortages must be reported in writing within 5 working days of delivery.
Returns: Because our products are made-to-order (and frequently customized for specific local regional markets or venues), returns or exchanges for non-defective stock are not accepted unless agreed upon in writing beforehand.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, website images, logos, graphics, and text on this website remain the sole intellectual property of Custom Edge Designs. You may not copy, reproduce, or modify our product designs or website assets without express written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custom Edge Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of trade profits, revenue, or business reputation) arising from delayed deliveries or defective items. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total price paid for the specific goods giving rise to the claim.
